Had new engine installed in truck in 2008. They also had to replace soft plate. Had an oil leak after they did first oil chane, took it back and they said oil sender sw was bad, wanted 300 to replace. Since to replace soft plate. Since it was damaged when they did the oil change I protested and they said if I paid for part they would pay for labor, part $17.95. Transmission went out this past november in Roseville Ca. When Future Ford went to install new transmission they found that that the transmission guide had fallen off and that it had been put back on the block with "JB WELD" and it could only have been done on installation of the enging. We (both Future Ford of Roseville and me) contaced FOO with no responce. Had to call general manager who said service mgr tried to call me and FOR, To this day FOR has never heard from FOO, nor have I since I talked to them on NOV14. I tried in vain thru FMC's customer relations dept who would not do anything. Today I am filing in small claims court, sent them certified letter Dec 15, no responce. These people don't give a ***** about anybody. Also don' go to Toyota of Orange, they also own it and their service dept is a rip off. My neice went in there for oil change and they wanted $2700 for unnecessary repairs that were not needed. This was verified by another Toyota dealership. Also Canyon Honda is another of FOO dealership with about same reputation. More

These guys are a bunch of liars. They will say anything to get you in the door. Two of my neighbors I found out, had horrible experiences with them too. They have a bad reputation. I came in for possibly bad suspension because it was making noise. They see my chassis "mod" and said oh you got a mod so we can't do that for you under warranty.
