We visited FOO on 12/29/10.My phone contact, Mel Johnson, was busy and gave us to Phillip Bartlet. I explained what we wanted, our trade and what we expected the out-the-door price to be. They took our keys was busy and gave us to Phillip Bartlet. I explained what we wanted, our trade and what we expected the out-the-door price to be. They took our keys and registration to evaluate our trade. I told them to lock the vehicle after their inspection. After about 30 minutes, I went out to our car and found it unlocked and unattended. The asst. mgr., Doug Boulton, came to meet us and had a printout of the sale. I asked where the payoff to Ford was. Doug said their search indicated a clear title. I told him I knew there was a small balance left. Another search found the account. They offered a dealer discount of $4,000.00, the available Ford rebates and my trade-in.They were $1,600.00 higher that I expected, so I said were leaving, but would keep in touch. When I asked for my keys and registration back, I noticed they had written the payoff and date in ink on the front of the registration. They tried to hard sell us, but we left. On 01/07/11, I received a call from an internet sales agent, Carol Strukel, asking when we could visit the dealership. I explained we already had and they were $1,600.00 higher than we were willing to pay. She said she would tell her boss, Mel Johnson, to call me. She felt we could make a deal. Mel called and I explained the situation. After several phone calls, he called on 01/08/10 and said the manager said we had a deal and we should come in.That afternoon we went to FOO. They redid the paperwork(said it was lost) and came back with the paperwork showing the price we had agreed on.I asked Phillip where the Ford payout was. He was vague and said this only showed the final amount with or without rebates. We decided on a Ford credit plan and were turned over to the finance agent. He asked me for the pink slip and I told him there was still a small balance THEY had written on my registration. He said there was a problem and went to find Mel.Mel came in and claimed they didn't know there was any amount due.I reminded him that on 12/29/10 they knew and the salesperson knew. Mel disgustedly threw the registration on the desk and left. About 5 minutes later Tom Ivers,David Wilson's trainer for sales agents came in. He was arrogant and acted as if they were doing us a favor. He told me there was no way they could make this deal. They couldn't take more off the new vehicle or give more for my trade. I asked him why, since the dealer discount had increased by $2,000.00, they were now higher than last week.He said it was a simple mistake and they would eat $500.00 and recalculate our payments. He was "old school", yelling at us and belittling us for not being reasonable. I said no, but he took our registration and left. I demanded my registration and keys and after about 5 minutes, they returned them and we left. I had done exhaustive internet research on the vehicles and where they were located. Only after we were treated so badly, did we researched the dealer online. The negative comments in the other reviews apply. They'll say aything to get you into the dealership, will try to hard sell you into a deal, change prices in the finance office and make you feel like the scum of the earth for not signing. These guys are a bunch of liars. They will say anything to get you in the door. Two of my neighbors I found out, had horrible experiences with them too. They have a bad reputation. They yell at you if you to get you in the door. Two of my neighbors I found out, had horrible experiences with them too. They have a bad reputation. They yell at you if you don't do the deal there. They say anything to get you in the door (one guy even said he can do way under dealer invoice. I got there, and he couldn't) and then they do the typical "hostage" situation once you've been there for a while and change the APR, etc. STAY AWAY! More

I came in for possibly bad suspension because it was making noise. They see my chassis "mod" and said oh you got a mod so we can't do that for you under warranty. My "mod" had nothing to do with the sus making noise. They see my chassis "mod" and said oh you got a mod so we can't do that for you under warranty. My "mod" had nothing to do with the suspension, yet they refuse to fix it. Not only that, but they kept the car for 1.5 hour just to tell me I had a "mod" and they can't service it. More
