I usually fix my own cars but I am more of a foreign car guide. This was a 2003 navigator So I took it to Ford of Port Richey and that is where I met Cayden the service advisor. To make a long story sort guide. This was a 2003 navigator So I took it to Ford of Port Richey and that is where I met Cayden the service advisor. To make a long story sort my vehicle was misdiagnosed and I had to tale it back. Now this is where the review comes in. Between the service manage and Caden the service advisor they made sure I did not have to spend anymore and stood behind their work. We all try to stay away from dealerships but I would go back without hesitation. Thanks Ford of port richey and thank you Cayden. More
