Douglas was our salesman and he took his time to let us test drive trucks each time even though he could've been making a sale to someone else. He understood what we wanted and told us he would take care of us when we were ready. We appreciated the "no pressure" approach. When finally making a purchase everything went very well. We ended up with a new truck instead of a used truck. With all the rebates and discounts it was cheaper, YAY! Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with during the purchase is great at what they do. The only weak spot is the communication among the team as a whole. With that said, it all finally came through and we are extremely happy with the truck we purchased. Thanks for making the deal happen Port Richey Ford :) More

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! bought a used car with warranty. The lower control arms and and window motor was broke before buying the car and they failed to disclose before sellin bought a used car with warranty. I asked " so you sold me a car with a broken window and faulty suspension...his reply "that's why we offered a bumper to bumper warranty, you declined it" trying to make it seem like it's my fault I bought this car thinking it was in working order and didn't check the suspension to see if it was ok! VERY friendly when you are shelling out money to buy. Absurdly rude when negotiating a warranty. More

A waste of my time! I visited this dealership three times. The first time they were closing in an hour so nobody wanted to show me any cars or test drive anything so I ha I visited this dealership three times. The first time they were closing in an hour so nobody wanted to show me any cars or test drive anything so I had to come back the next day which I did. Test drove some vehicles decided on the white Mercedes and was negotiating price with the manager. There was an issue with the vehicle that was supposed to be inspected and they said everything was okay with it. I got a text 3 weeks later with a dramatic price drop from the sticker so they called me and asked me to come back in and negotiate. Their prices now are higher than the negotiating prices on my second visit the vehicle still drives the same exact way vibrating and I just found out it also has a recall that could possibly make the vehicle crash and the airbag go off while test-driving not a safe test drive! Like I said waste of my time thanks 20 mile round trip 3 times! More
