Great Dealership, Great Salespeople I bought a Ford F150 SXT from them recently. Dealership was clean. Lots of product on the lot. They were having a sale and celebrating veterans' day with free hotdogs, burgers and drinks. I ran into a sales guy named Mike Black who helped me look through various models. I had two cars to trade in, and he helped me work with mgmt and finance to get the #'s where I needed them to be. He took car of everything, paperwork, Ford Sync logins, how to use my infotainment, etc. He was very orderly and had all my paperwork together. The whole process was quick, painless, and I felt like Mike wasn't even trying to sell me anything. He has a good attitude, not like pesky salesmen. Go see Mike and the team at Ford in port richey if you're thinking of buying a ford. If you're not thinking about buying a ford, go see Mike anyway, and you'll end up buying ford tough. More

Great experience... from beginning to end! I was very particular about the model and specific options that I requested on my new car. (Call me fussy.) Scott searched high and low, from Jacksonv I was very particular about the model and specific options that I requested on my new car. (Call me fussy.) Scott searched high and low, from Jacksonville to Atlanta, until he found exactly what I was looking for. The guy never gave up! He even permitted an "overnight test drive" to allow me to ask the opinion of family & friends and get acquainted with all the bells and whistles, in my own driveway; much, much better than the typical drive around the neighborhood, with someone sitting next to you. Big plus! The dealership is spotless, inside and out. Absolutely all of the employees that I encountered were very friendly and helpful, including the older woman who runs the switchboard...cheerful and fun. If I REALLY had to complain about anything (and it's very minor) I requested that they not put the advertising sticker on back of the trunk. I was able to peel it off easily and I'm still looking for the owner of the dealership, so I can stick it on his forehead! 😊 Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Port Richey Ford. I have been a "Lincoln Guy" for many years but with the treatment I received here, it looks like I'm going to jump ship. Hint: Ask for Scott Gnong.😉 More

Almost Perfect Shawn was a Fantastic sales person, made things easy and even worked on the entire deal outside at the picnic table. When my truck was taken back in for some minor fixes, a block heater cord was supposed to be placed on the truck, was told it was there, when I got home found it wasn't.
