Need to improve the tracking of the vehicle so customer don't have to waist time waiting like any other business time is money and really value to your customer. More

I luckily found Steve quite by accident as I wandered into the Service Department looking to have the Track Key activated on my BOSS 302 about a week after purchasing it. I was quickly told "Go see Steve. He is our High Performance Guy". Truer words were never spoken and now he faithfully takes care of our small fleet of vehicles. If honesty, courtesy, professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine love of cars are traits that you seek in a Service Advisor - then go see Steve. He's your guy. More

These guys maintained a level of honesty and professionalism (long forgotten in this industry) through-out the entire process and actually listened to "what I wanted-not what they wanted to sell me". I was so impressed by their humble demeanor, that I almost forgot to mention they also provided me with the best overall deal (most money for my trade-in + best discount on the new vehicle).
