Gary is THE MAN I ran into an issue with my car and I finally had enough. I searched online for local dealerships and Ford of Port Richey was the first to pop up. Lon I ran into an issue with my car and I finally had enough. I searched online for local dealerships and Ford of Port Richey was the first to pop up. Long story short, I put in my information and immediately I was contacted by Gary. He is definitely not your typical salesman by any means. He is a person who actually cares about the customer and doesn't try to pressure you into buying an unaffordable vehicle. Gary was very personal when it came to what I was looking for in buying a new vehicle and that's what I appreciated most. I sent in my credit application and within an hour Gary texted me with pictures of one of the most beautiful trucks I've ever seen and asked me to call him. When I heard those words "you're approved" I dropped to the floor with the most excitement ever. Two days later I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by one of the biggest smiles and Gary made me feel welcomed. We closed the deal within a couple hours after signing SO much paperwork with (CC) who I must say is the biggest sweetheart you'll ever meet and I was the proud owner of a brand new 2017 F-150. I would absolutely recommend using Gary as my salesman when I decide to buy my next vehicle. Thank you Gary and Ford of Port Richey for an experience that will be forever memorable. I have had my truck for almost a week and Gary still takes time out of his day to text me and ask me how I am. That right there goes to show you he is ALL about the customer. Gary you are THE MAN!! Very good experience! I stopped in to see a truck that was advertised on the internet and was met by Angela who was friendly and not a pushy sales person. We did a test dri I stopped in to see a truck that was advertised on the internet and was met by Angela who was friendly and not a pushy sales person. We did a test drive and she was informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Afterwards we went in to look over some numbers and that's when my wife and I met Paul a sales manager. I didn't buy the truck that day because I was waiting on insurance to cut my check for my totaled car but over the next week Angela and me kept in contact. When insurance didn't pay as much as we thought they would the dealership worked with me by coming down on the already low price and made the deal happen with almost zero haggling. Everything was done over the phone and when I went to pick it up I just needed to sign paperwork. They even price matched the gap insurance price!! I probably shouldn't have said that but I was surprised I didn't have to go get that from my credit union. Great experience and great people. That's how buying a car should be! More
