Making the impossible, possible! Came into the store to trade my truck for another truck and a car for my wife. This was the fourth dealership that I had checked out in 2-weeks, as I wanted to see all my options. I informed Jeff Leathers that I wanted to find out as much information as possible, but was not interested in buying that day. Jeff was understanding and provided everything that I asked for, without being pushy. I slept on it and called Jeff the next day and we worked out a deal. Jeff and Michael Stanton were both very professional and helpful. Michael even measured the lifted truck for me, down to the 1/2 inch, to ensure that it would fit in my garage before I made the drive. I was worried about being pushed to buy everything under the sun in the final paperwork stage, thankfully that was not the case. My finances were handled by Jay Keepes who did a great job. I came in with a pre-approval from my bank, and Jay was able to beat the interest rate with the same bank. Jay took his time to explain my options without pressuring me what-so-ever. I love my new F-150 and feel that the staff went above and beyond for me... I am very happy. Thank you all! More
