The towing company brought my suv to the shop. I felt the communication lacked as my service advisor did not communicate well. He said he didn’t leave voicemails. He didn’t even tell me the transmission gu communication lacked as my service advisor did not communicate well. He said he didn’t leave voicemails. He didn’t even tell me the transmission guy was off the day I thought my car was being looked at. I called him all day and left voicemails and I called again at 450 pm to find out the guy called out. Fine. I get that. But why wasn’t I called to communicate that with me? I had to chase him down to tell me that. I was given a rental which I was grateful for. He has never left me a voicemail While I was at work. I asked him about it and he said no he didn’t. he just said no he didn’t. Why do I have to track him down for 2 days to get a response? I am used to a dealer with good communication. I said well good I have the number programmed in cuz I would never have known u called. Is it something that this dealership does? I will make sure I move on down us19 to Ford in tarpon with my issues. I know ppl don’t call these days but sheesh who doesn’t leave a vm then admits, no I didn’t. Maybe new? I really was bothered about the lack of communication. I am a professional and expect the same from other businesses. More

Toni is the benchmark all Service Advisors should strive to achieve. She is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to keep the customer satisfied and informed. I specifically request Toni every time my vehicle requires service. Notwithstanding, this visit was for the A/C clutch to be replaced, as per a Ford TSB. I also purchased 4 new tires and had a 4 wheel alignment performed. During the removal of the clutch, a bolt broke off, necessitating the replacement of the A/C compressor. Since the compressor was on backorder, I was provided a Mustang Mach E vehicle as a complimentary service loaner. The repair was completed approximately one week later. A review of the bill revealed the dealership added a $40 charge for "shop supplies" to the bill. This visit, repairs were covered by Ford ESP. I paid my deductible, but I was still billed for "shop supplies" that could not be adequately explained. It should be noted, the day I picked up my vehicle was Toni's day off. Furthermore, when the vehicle was brought to me, one tire valve cap was missing. While the cap was replaced quickly, it demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and quality control. More
