Waiting Forever Upon arriving a little late for my appointment (10 minutes due to bad traffic), I then had to wait another 25 minutes before being seen by service rep Upon arriving a little late for my appointment (10 minutes due to bad traffic), I then had to wait another 25 minutes before being seen by service rep. Gary. I was standing next to my car playing on my phone because he was seeing another customer, whom I might add, showed up 20 minutes after me and was immediately talked with. Once I actually spoke with Gary, he was really nice and apologized for the wait. He explained what services needed to be done (simple anti theft software update and gas tank check-due to recall). I nodded and headed to the lounge to wait. I was there OVER 3 HOURS..... Needless to say, while the customer service was okay, the amount of time I was just waiting is ridiculous. Thankfully, the update and check were including in my financing plan/free because it would have cost me over $500. I probably will not be returning to Ford for service checks as the auto center at Walmart is sooo much cheaper and they do a great job. I never have to wait if I just show up and if I need to make anappointment, I am seen right away. I know some of the people that work there and they are all friendly and good at their jobs, while being affordable. More
