Horrible, slow service. Checked in at 1:30 and by 3:00 my truck was finally done (just an oil change). But it sat there as service person running all over the place. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there (3hr) round trip. I had to demand my keys back immediately so I can leave. I am a working person not retired. I bought my lariat 2016 there. My next truck will only be bought there if I notice big improvement. I left walker ford for bad service after 4 new purchases. More

Trying to fix a car window . Who knew it would take four visits to Ford of New Port Ritchey for them to fix the motor on a car window? First time when they did not fix the wi . Who knew it would take four visits to Ford of New Port Ritchey for them to fix the motor on a car window? First time when they did not fix the window, they charge me for parts and labor as if the window is completely fixed. I did not know for two weeks it was not fixed until my daughter said she had to go back to Ford of Newport Ritchey and get the window fixed. So they took my money, but did not fix my car. Charge me for parts and labor two weeks before they Fixed my car. But it only gets better, it would take them three more tries, over 10 days, to get the right parts and finally complete the service. I will be going to Springhill from now on, or some other Ford dealership, before I ever go back to Ford of New Port Richey. I will never buy a car from the Morgan Group of car dealerships More
