Caden did a good job the only hiccup was I didn’t get the call back when my service part came in after my appointment. I had to check back for it to set up the next service apt. Came in for oil change, came back because it was dripping oil. Guy said we need a new oil drain plug bolt. Would be another 12.95, why didn’t he look at the drain plug before he installed back on our truck? oil. Guy said we need a new oil drain plug bolt. I have had suv for a year and already put 1000+in it. I have had used cars in the past and I've never had to get work done on in after only have a year. Nothing was done to this suv since 2017 other that I have had used cars in the past and I've never had to get work done on in after only have a year. Nothing was done to this suv since 2017 other that front brakes being replaced and the windshield wipers on the front that I had to ask for because it was storming when I brought the vehicle and the ones on there were old. I guess I'm use to how Ford in Clearwater did things. I brought up that I had to replace all 4 tires and was told that basically if they would have did it when I purchased the suv it would have increased the sale price. Ford in Clearwater put new tires and rims on my used car I brought from them at no additional cost. They made sure nothing was wrong with my car. I had to get a new battery less than a year of having this suv. I guess different practices for different dealers. Even though it is super difficult to get a service rep on the phone, the rep that set up my appointment in person was very nice. More
