Was quoted an "Out the Door" price by the Internet Sales Dept. When we arrived (over 100 mile trip) to purchase the vehicle, the price was exactly that price, with no extras added to the price. The attendants in the quick lane found a bad brake caliper on my F150 and the service department fixed it, 400 miles before my warranty expired. It paid me to have my truck serviced regularly at Vic caliper on my F150 and the service department fixed it, 400 miles before my warranty expired. I took the truck in on Friday August 21, 2020 because the Bluetooth kept losing sync. I also pointed out to them that the truck was idling rough and misfiring while driving. They corrected the Bluetooth and told me that rough idle was normal for that truck, but did not address the misfiring issue. I drove to Charleston, SC and it misfired all the way down and back. I tried to call to make an appointment to bring it back in, but got an answering machine each time, left messages, but got no response. I took it to my normal mechanic on Friday, August 28th who determined that it was misfiring on Bank 1, Cylinders 1-4. So, I took it back to the dealership who told me that I would have to make an appointment which I did for Monday, August 31. Basically, this will be the third time of taking it in for the same service and, in the meantime, having to take it to another mechanic to determine what the problem. We will see after the dealership works on it on Monday, 8/31 to see if the problem is fixed. This type of service is not acceptable. More
