Service with a Smile I took my Escape in with transmission issues. I was told it would be a week or so before they could get to me. 8 weeks later, my car was fixed and re I took my Escape in with transmission issues. I was told it would be a week or so before they could get to me. 8 weeks later, my car was fixed and ready to go. Staff were friendly and kept me updated with progress, or lack there of. My suggestion is to get more qualified staff to work on the cars, seems to be a shortage of mechanics. Service staff were excellent, could not ask for better. More
