I was interested in a Ford Escape and was looking online. Vic Bailey called me within 5 minutes. Once there, I looked around and drove a few vehicles and decided that I wanted an Edge instead. They answered all of our questions and concerns. Since we hadn't bought in a while we were a little nervous. They put us at ease and walked us through the whole process. From the initial contact right up through the delivery the dealership was courteous, respectful and professional at every level with which we encountered. My wife and I knew what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and we knew the value of our trade-in. Vic Bailey Ford Lincoln knew what they had to offer and found a model in the color we wanted nearby and they were willing to bring it in for us. After that it was a matter of coming to a good deal for both parties and arriving at common ground, which we did. Took deliver on it yesterday. Very satisfied with the new vehicle AND the dealership. Servicing my MKX I had my Lincoln MKX in for a windshield washer problem. I was able to get an appointment on line. At the dealership service area I was met quickly I had my Lincoln MKX in for a windshield washer problem. I was able to get an appointment on line. At the dealership service area I was met quickly the problem was diagnosed . I was told approximately how long it would take and it was finished on time. I have had oil changes done there and they have a separate section just for that making much easier. Overall I have been very pleased with the service at Vic Bailey. More

When I went to pickup my new truck he was completely prepared with the paperwork and gave me a very in depth rundown on how all the options of my truck worked. second master cylinder in 3 months In January I had a new master cylinder put on 2011 MKX. On March 29th a warning light about low brake fluid came on. I refilled brake fluid and cal In January I had a new master cylinder put on 2011 MKX. On March 29th a warning light about low brake fluid came on. I refilled brake fluid and called VBLincoln to schedule an appointment. I was unable to an appointment until Monday, April 2, at 9:00 am. I had the vehicle there at that time. Late on the 3rd of April I got a voice mail that my vehicle was next in line! I think it was actually the next morning when actual work began. I then got a call on April 5th telling me it was ready. There was no charge as this was a failure of the part installed in January. And I must say that Jim Skriba was courteous and called several times to inform me of progress. However, I do not understand why, if I had an appointment for Monday morning, that it was not even looked at for 36-48 hours. I had gone to some extreme to have it there as scheduled on Monday morning. More
