Upon first entering Ford of Upland, our second dealership (should have been our first) I immediately felt welcomed. I wasn't planning on getting my son into anything that day, it usually takes some time to m (should have been our first) I immediately felt welcomed. I wasn't planning on getting my son into anything that day, it usually takes some time to make a right deal work out. Not the case here, the team (including management and Roger) were completely not happy or satisfied until I was. It was a very painless process and in fact, it was enjoyable. I am very grateful to the team (Roger specifically) he's truly a gem and compassion is worn on his sleeve. Kindness matters to him. Roger is a wonderful human. I believe they went far above and beyond to make sure my son was able to get into his dream vehicle and not stopping there, but to make sure I felt 100% confident and comfortable. I will forever be a loyal customer to Ford of Upland, and Roger. We are so happy, my son is beyond excited and that speaks volumes. They are relentless about customer service and care about their customers, a rarity in the world today especially in sales. More
