Showed up and my car was filthy, covered in dirt and the sales guys only wanted to up sell me into another car instead of taking care of my car and making it presentable. Transmission Fiasco They had my car for 5 weeks to repair the transmission. I had to call them every few days to get a status update. They didn’t even call me when it was They had my car for 5 weeks to repair the transmission. I had to call them every few days to get a status update. They didn’t even call me when it was finally ready. My calls were not even returned until I went to upper management to complain. Very disappointed in their lack of communication. So far (2 days) it seems to be working. Thanks to Christian Burke for his help in getting information for us. More

I felt it quickly go flat while driving west on Foothill, I immediately pulled onto the service road. Coincidentally, I saw the Upland Ford sign About 200 yards ahead & creeped to the service drive. Ms. Hawkins handled my energency visit from check- in to driving my '02 Ford Ranger back to the Service departure lane. She insured I was out of there quickly so I didn't have to cancel an appointment I was driving to. And she was the most professional, cheerful & nicest Service Manager I have ever dealt with. So much so- that I will include Ford of Upland the next time I am ready to replace one of my 3 older vehicles. Dennis Berger Claremont, CA More
