Empty Promises I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for an oil change. Car wash was offered with oil change. Service person texted car was complete at 10:15 AM but needed I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for an oil change. Car wash was offered with oil change. Service person texted car was complete at 10:15 AM but needed more work, but was waiting for car wash to finish. I texted back asking how much the additional services would cost. After no text back for 2 hours, I called service person and left a message. After another hour, I called the service office. They contacted Kim but she was with a client and asked if she could call me back after she was done. I waited 2 more hours. I called the service office again and had them find out how much the services would be. I approved the services with the front office. My car was finished 10 minutes before closing. I picked up my car at 5:55 PM and my car was dirtier than when I left it there. The lack of communication was utterly frustrating. They have texting services to make communication about services easier. However, it is extremely difficult to reach anyone there. More
