You want me to answer this Showed up this morning for 9 o’clock appointment & was told the technician wouldn’t be in for at least an hour or more...I had another appointment in Showed up this morning for 9 o’clock appointment & was told the technician wouldn’t be in for at least an hour or more...I had another appointment in a different county at 11-so, I had to leave. This dealership is 35-40 minutes away-so, I’m extremely unhappy I had to reschedule. Associate booked the install at my residence for the next week-however the technician also called & said he doesn’t know why the previous appointment was made as he doesn’t work on Fridays??? Can we get on the same page here? I might have to revisit my Yelp review & previous review on this website. More
