Fordham Toyota's Manhattan location always delivers superior service in the years they have been servicing my Toyota. The service reps are consistently professional, competent, friendly, and communica superior service in the years they have been servicing my Toyota. The service reps are consistently professional, competent, friendly, and communicate very clearly. Most recently, our rep Adrian went out of his way to obtain the part needed to get us on our way, even though it was his day off. My only wish is that other businesses offered such a high level of customer service. I definitely recommend them. More

Our experience as first time car buyers was amazing at this dealership, the staff is very professional and really care about you and the desires you h Our experience as first time car buyers was amazing at this dealership, the staff is very professional and really care about you and the desires you have about owning a car. They do the best that they can to get you the best deal possible on a new or used vehicle providing you with license plates and everything on the same day. We entered with the thought of owning a used car due to credit score concerns; regardless they were willing to work with us and thanks to that, we were offered an amazing deal on a brand new car of the year with a lower than expected APR which is absolutely great! Thank you all once again! More
