They will hound you to buy a vehicle from them, and then after the sale, they will make any and every attempt to ignore your phone calls with any CONCERNS you have. I purchased a 2019 Rav4 Limited which took a 2 week process... I originally went for a 2019 Rav4 Hybrid XSE, only to find out that it wasn't in stock, and that I would have to wait another week and half. Ended up almost getting a 2019 ADVENTURE RAV4, but some bozo at the dealership smashed the back of it. Leaving me to buy the Limited. While happy with Limited, it does have a few long scratches on the spoiler at the end of the roof. I ATTEMPTED calling the dealership about it, but they ignore my calls. They do have CALLER ID go figure... They also owed me $700 dollars for my $2600 dollar wheels and tires from I car I traded in a 2013 VW CC with 4,107 miles on the odo... and was in SHOWROOM CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT, I got the 700 back almost a month later. They lowballed me on that car... (MY FAULT UNDER EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES INVOLVING A PERSONAL MATTER) I know better than to make decisions under pressure... but it was for a good reason, and I allowed them to take advantage. But getting the $700 check, took 3 weeks! Never have I had a worse car buying experience in my life. I will PAY OUT OF MY POCKET TO GET THE SCRATCHES REPAIRED.... BUT STAY AWAY FROM THESE xxxx. ZERO NEGATIVE - 0 -0 -0 -0 After the sale... you're nothing to them. More

Above all expectations Fordham is a small store and currently undergoing renovations. Looks can be deceiving...the people here are top notch. I was provided exactly what I wanted and not one person detracted from my experience. My sales person I believe Denni was newer but very helpful. The podium managers specifically Rosalba was awesome. She gave me a number on a vehicle that made me get up and leave another dealership mid deal. She delivered everything promised. Used car manager gave me super fair price on my trade. Finance manager was straight forward and super helpful explaining everything. They have earned a lifetime customer as long as these people are still working there. They will be getting referrals as well. Keep up the awesome work!!! More
