Jeannette explained the work needed on my Camry to keep it running in great condition. She went over all the charges, how long the work would take and helped me feel at ease regarding the care of my Camry. I have not been a loyal customer to any given dealership in the past due to customer service issues and problems with my vehicles in the past. Fordham Toyota has been a very positive experience on all three trips for service. The culture of this location seems to be focused on good service customer service/experience and it's abviously contagious as even the employees that you do not have any dealings with are polite and friendly. Thank you Jeannette for giving me peace of mind and one less thing to worry about when thinking of my car. More

But what a wonderful experience my husband and I had at Fordham Toyota. From the first contact call from Lily, her politeness and professionalism was the beginning of putting us at ease. She set up our appt and confirmed it the next day. When we arrived, we met Matt Freeman, what a wonderful and professional salesman man. He handled us with such respect and care you would think he was taking care of a relative of his. He was knowledgeable of his product and answered every question we had. If he didn't have an answer he immediately went to the appropriate person to get it. Never, never was he that "pushy salesman" that you hear about. Toyota Fordham should be very happy and please to have a salesperson like him. Then we met Michael Fermin, the financial Mgr. he was fantastic as well. He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into and asked us if we had any questions or concerns. He explained our payments and any extra maintenance coverage we had. Nothing was left out. We had a wonderful wonderful buying experience. We left, the same day. with a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry and a huge smile on our faces. They were very straight forward and professional. I first spoke to Jenny Cruz to find out if they had the car i wanted in stock. She got back to me right away with the cars i had to choose from and then set up a meeting with Matt Freeman. He handled the sale very professionally, no games and no nonsense. After dealing with the finance director Chris Mair we made a deal on the car within an hour. The price on the car was more than fair and i picked the car up the next day. I plan on going back to this sales team in the future. Unlike most other car dealerships they spoke to me as a person and were up front and honest. More

VIP treatment with the best price I called and made a deal over the phone. When I got there the car was washed and ready to go. Best experience buying a car that I've ever had.
