Less than 24 Issah, was the best car sales men ever. Must of the time when you buy a car it can take day or two or longer. Mr.Baba the sales representative gave me multiple options, and based on my small budget I was able to make my decision I had a good experience overal. However, I was promised a 5.65% APR from Mr.Baba for 5 years, and when I finalized the deal with the financial manager he changed it up to a 9% APR for 6 years! Being unable to give me my original offer. Nevertheless, I still went on with purchase because I was already excited with the vehicle and because of the problems I was having with my previous car. I also promised myself to pay it off before the time period with no fees, but to this date it left a slight sour taste in my mouth because it's not the original deal I thought I was going to get from the original sales rep. Mr.Baba did his job and was very efficient with it, but I would urge the company to be more true to their word between the sales rep and the financial managers, there should be no discrepancy throughout the transition. More

I looked up reviews of other dealerships, and as soon as I saw the negative reviews, I wouldn't even think about visiting them. Then I came across Fordham Toyota. They had good prices, were highly rated on all dealer review sites I checked out, and had a great selection of cars. I must say, I am so glad I went. I walked in on a Tuesday and left with my car on Wednesday. Randy my sales person was really helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. He was honest and even though his shift was done at six, he stayed till 8:30pm to make sure I was take care of the right way. I also worked with Chris the Finance Director who showed me (not just told me) how I was getting the best rate on financing. Im not big on writing reviews but I felt the same way there are other young and inexperienced buyers out there that need guidance, Fordham Toyota is their answer. More
