Fordham Toyota is the place to go when you ready to purchase or finance a car. Baba was my dealer, he was very nice and understanding. I know many dealers play games and setup traps to trap their customers when selling a car. This one is not that type of dealer. The sales person at this dealership is very professional and kind. I bought their customers when selling a car. This one is not that type of dealer. The sales person at this dealership is very professional and kind. I bought a almost new used car from this dealer. The whole buy process is very smooth and transparent. I know exactly the dollar amount I need to pay. There are some dent on two alloy wheels and the dealer promised to fix them for free. They explain to me that after repair, the wheel should looks like new. Since the car is relatively new, I don't doubt it. So I directly head to the repair center for repair. The person in charge of the repair facility looks very professional as well. They said they are going to take care of the two wheels and cleanup the car. Everything is good until I picked up my car right before they close for Christmas at night. I noticed that instead of repairing the two alloy wheel, they replaced with two dirty old used alloy wheels much older than my original one.. They should have at least call me and let me make the decision myself. Second, they didn't cleanup the car, insider and out looks even dirtier than when I dropped it off. So a five star service turns to a 3 star one. Christmas time, no time to argue back. So if you are buying, I recommend it. If you are repairing, not so sure for now. More

After I inquired on the internet I got a phone call from the dealer with a very good price for the vehicle I was looking for, RAV4 AWD LE I then spoke by phone with Sbarina Florvil, the Internet Sales Mana the dealer with a very good price for the vehicle I was looking for, RAV4 AWD LE I then spoke by phone with Sbarina Florvil, the Internet Sales Manager who assured me that no additional charge to the price offered me will be added later on. I also asked Sabrina to verify whether the color I wanted was in stock. It was. Once I arrived at the dealership and agreed on a price with Sabrina, I was turned over to a certified sales specialist by the name of Angel Liz. Angel could not do enough to make sure that all my questions were answered and and all my requirements met. Then I met with Michael Fermin, the business manager, to arrange the financing. Michael was pleasant, efficient and professional. The Genera;l Sales Manager, Jose Concepcion also came over to introduce himself and to make sure that everything they did met with my approval. I left the dealership after a couple of hours, driving my new vehicle. The overall experience was very pleasant. I was dealt with honestly, and no undue pressure was exerted by the sales team. I can full heartedly recommend Fordham Toyota. I would like to take this opportunity and also tell you how unsatisfied I was with the first dealership I went to; Westchester Toyota. I felt they were not honestly dealing with me. I felt pressured and at one point, after going back and forth about the pricing, when I asked the salesman about possible financing, the salesman became outright hostile. I will definitely not recommend Westchester Toyota to any body. More
