I went in looking for a 2012 RAV4 they were sold out. I was shown a 2013 RAV4 Loved it! Matt F. is the salesman that helped me through the process of getting the car of my choice. He was very friendly, professional and honest. The sales manager Jose C. was very professional. He made himself available at all times. He ensured that I understood everything and answered all questions. They were very patient and helpful. All questions were answered honestly and straight to the point. Once the process of getting the car was done Matt patiently explained the features of the vehicle and answered any questions proficiently. I would recommend this dealership. Thank you Fordham Toyota! I do not know where to start. Excellent Customer Service. I visited different Toyota dealerships with the intention to buy but because I didnt feel like they were trying there best i left. They Will answer any question you have and I spent a good amount of time there and not once have I seen them put in a face making me feel uncomfortable. John Randazzo is very nice and helped me resolve one issue! I bought a Prius from Fordham two months ago. They charged me $350 for DMV fee. In email and the first contract, they also promised to refu issue! I bought a Prius from Fordham two months ago. They charged me $350 for DMV fee. In email and the first contract, they also promised to refund the overcharge. The actual DVM fee on the receipt is $101. I was not happy that I have not received the refund for two months. Then, I escalated it to John. John is always patient and helpful. He told me my refund check is the on the way. He also promised me a complimentary gift to compensate my earlier experience. Hopefully, I will receive the refund check and the gift in the mail soon! Thanks a lot, John, for the kind help out of you busy schedule!!! More
