I'm honestly surprised to say this was a great experience. I'm not a big fan of dealers but I needed take in my lease that was up on a Rav4 and get a new Rav4. Everything was taken care of with my old lease and new car so quick. I just had to sit back, sign and go. I was shocked on how quick and easy it was. I heard about this dealer from my sister who also has a car here so I decided to try them out as well. I'm glad I did. Obviously there are many Toyota dealerships in the state of New Jersey and I had visited a few of them but was not pleased. I live in south Jersey and never entertained the thought of buying outside of my of New Jersey and I had visited a few of them but was not pleased. I live in south Jersey and never entertained the thought of buying outside of my area, but thanks to my daughter Allison who had leased her first and subsequent cars through Fordham Toyota, I was introduced to this dealership. The person who took care of her transaction and to mine as well, Alonzo Williams, was helpful, professional, personable and sincere. He answered all of my questions, and trust me, I had many of them, particularly with my first lease three years ago. As with my first lease, he returned my calls immediately and was never pushy. I never felt pressured nor did I have to commit to buying/leasing a car in order to get a price. This provided me the opportunity to do my research. On this occasion, and although I had met him when I leased my first car, I also had the opportunity to work more closely with John Randazzo. He is extremely knowledgeable about their products and services and he was most helpful. He understood my needs and went out of his way to make my experience with my Toyota a pleasurable one. This is my second lease with Fordham Toyota and I will definitely be back for my third car. My daughter is of the same mind as she drove in to Fordham Toyota from the Bluegrass State as she is now living there and would not go elsewhere. Every aspect of the leasing process was top notch. Everyone involved in my lease was professional and went above and beyond to make sure that the entire experience was nothing short of great. They always work hard to make me happy they make you feel as though you are family On my last visit in April they really had very few cars in stock because of the sunami in Japan, what they did was so over the top they actually worked with many other dealerships and some even their competitors and actually were able to find an exact Camry and color with all the options I wanted. Not only did they make me feel like family, but even with the low inventory levels they actually gave me a great price This dealership is truly the only dealership I recommend... Fordham Toyota !
