His understanding of her problem, prompted him to jump into action to find a rate she could afford, at a reasonable price for the car. He is understanding and his kindness has been very much appreciated. Although the purchase never came to fruition, Mr. Randazzo worked with my daughter who lives in Vermont, over the phone, what to watch out for while looking for an automobile in Vermont. He guided her and gave her his expert advice about guiding her away from a bad deal. I purchased my Toyota Corolla from Fordham Toyota, and am very proud to say I have been treated wonderfully, and I have never left the salesroom, or service center feeling taken advantage of; they don't operate that way. I have to say the bets overall service. Left a Message for John the Manger who within 5 minutes called me right back.
