I had a technical brake problem , so i called 4 other Toyota Dealers in my area and they all told me I needed an appointment.. When I called Fordham Toyota I was told that because it was a safety relate Toyota Dealers in my area and they all told me I needed an appointment.. When I called Fordham Toyota I was told that because it was a safety related problem that I did Not need an appointment, When I arrived i was greeted by the New Service manager "Ralph Nunez "not only did he reassure me he told me that he would be able to check it Now ! he took my order and the mechanic took my car to look at it . It turned out to be that all I needed was brake Fluid, They put in the Fluid and performed my State Inspection . I was in and Out in 1 hour ! I want you to Know that I live in Queens and that I will always use this service department ! They were Great ! Signed Customer for Life ! More

I have dealt with only one person at this dealership for 15 years , and I have purchased more the 10 cars from them over those years .. this man robbed me. He lied. all the paperwork he gave was not the one he showed. Promised a good deal. He went on to finance the car for double the worth. the paper work was for 13,300 he tried to fiance was not the one he showed. Promised a good deal. I went to purchase a vehicle. Sales person offered a good price. This was the easiest car I ever bought and I got a really sweet deal. Never stepped foot in the dealership until it was time to sign the papers. I went into the dealership and the sales person named Angel helped me. Not only was he UNknowledgable but he was also rude and nasty. These guys are the worst dealership you will find in NY, we signed up for 2 Toyota Camry 2008, first of all we were told to buy insurance up front which we did and after 7 days the cars were still not there we signed up for 2 Toyota Camry 2008, first of all we were told to buy insurance up front which we did and after 7 days the cars were still not there with them and on top of that they added extra charges (2500$) on a SIGNED document, the explanation given to us by the sales person was that this is just a standard bank acquisition fee which is charged everywhere and when we demanded to speak to the finance person to give us the explanation of this charge, the finance guy says "this is our sales person mistake this is just your accessories charge", so the deal which we made WITH accessories from the sales person is now blacked out with this new charge and now we already have insurance without a car and a document which I signed without charges has extra charges now ! this is the WORST dealer ever. Of course the sales man swore up and down he can work with me... but I think he was more worried about his profit margin than helping me with the price .... thats to low of a bid what kind of commission will I get... Avoid this dealer ship its small and does not have much of a selection... dont buy from here... Eddie More
