This place is terrible, first time I deal with Toyota,the dealership showing a good price online just to let you in and they play with you after, I find a Toyota 2020 online so I made an appointment I went o dealership showing a good price online just to let you in and they play with you after, I find a Toyota 2020 online so I made an appointment I went over there they offered different one 2021 because it's reported as stolen car ( stolen from the dealership as reported) and that's cost me extra $3000. I refuse that offer, now after 1 hour between nj and NYC each trip, he told me the vehicle is not ready for sale yet sorry someone stole it before and the paperwork not ready yet ( lovely ), they remember that car reported as stolen car in the carfax in the dealership, that car was online clear but on the dealership reported as stolen ??! ok if so why it's online . Simply to get in ( fishing ) disrespect and shame for company like Toyota, by the way the gentleman Oscar he apologized and he tried to help but I think that is the management problem. Just to get more people in. More
