Came in to test drive a car. Contacted dealership a day before. Next day no one had any idea why I came in and the person I spoke with previously wasn’t there. It took 30 minutes to locate the car a wanted before. Next day no one had any idea why I came in and the person I spoke with previously wasn’t there. It took 30 minutes to locate the car a wanted to test drive. And then we had to go to another location to pick it up. After a test drive, I asked to see a different trim of RAV 4 that took another hour. At the end as asked to email me pricing info on the vehicles I was interested in. They got my info but no one ever got back to me. So obviously it’s not a dealership I would be working with. I don’t understand why rating is so high More
