Justin went above and beyond with our Porsche Cayenne Bought a brand new 2019 Porsche Cayenne off of Justin in April. Only had the car about a week when a piece of road debris hit the front bumper and dislodged the parking sensor. Asked Justin if he could help get it into service and have it fixed. Not only did he get it in right away, even gave us a loaner for the day so we could hang out at the local zoo!!! My wife and I have never experienced such a customer driven, top notch dealership. Fix of issue with Mclaren recently purchased Charles was very quick to react to the issue I had only 2 weeks after my purchase. He immediately put me in touch with the mclaren dealership and when Charles was very quick to react to the issue I had only 2 weeks after my purchase. He immediately put me in touch with the mclaren dealership and when they couldn’t diagnose remotely he arranged for he car to be transported to mclaren. He kept me updated on the progress and when a new part costing $10k was needs he was very graceful in saying he’d cover it. Knowing I had. Strip planned with the car Charles stayed on top of the repair and the car came back to me today ahead of my timing expectations. Excellent/exemplary customer service. Thank you More
