It was absolutely gorgeous and after taking note of the sticker price I began to put money away with the goal of some day acquiring a Panamera. Late last year, I was ready to begin my vehicle search. The Panamera was my top vehicle choice, but I wanted to conduct a detailed search and test drive other options since I was preparing to make a significant investment. From the moment my husband and I first walked in to Foreign Cars Italia and was greeted by the friendly receptionist and introduced to Charles Dabney we have received excellent customer service. Charles could not have been more responsive to my endless list of questions and requests during my vehicle search process that allowed me to acquire my very own gorgeous Porsche Panamera Turbo. During the purchase process, I worked with Lee Stephens who efficiently walked me through the paperwork and carefully explained all of the options without heavy sales pressure. As I began having the purchased options installed I was assigned to an amazing Service Manager, Meredith Dean. Meredith knows her stuff, has great energy, gets me in and out quickly and makes sure all of my service needs are met. I can tell the service team working behind the scene takes great care of my Panamera. Unlike other dealerships I have experienced, Charles has continued to work with me after the sale and be my main point of contact. This week, I experienced the 2nd Delivery process where Charles came to my home to answer any questions I had about my Panamera and helped me install additional technology. The Panamera is rich with technology, which makes it an even more incredible machine, and Charles attended to all of my installation needs. Charles takes customer service to an entire new level, is an extremely nice man and truly cares about his customers. What I enjoy most about working with Foreign Cars Italia is it has a family atmosphere. All of the team members are friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom. After my experience, it would be hard to consider purchasing a vehicle from any other dealership. More

I was there to purchase a used vehicle that had been traded in previously. It was no high end Italian sports car and most of the people that frequent the dealership could probably have paid for it in cash. Nonetheless, Charles and Vic treated me like I was buying a Ferrari. In fact, every sales person and staff member on the floor stopped by to ask if they could get me anything and to congratulate me on my purchase. There was no pressure, just friendly people who wanted to make sure my buying experience was exceptional regardless of whether they were the one helping me. I left there knowing that when the opportunity arises for me to purchase again it will be through this dealership. More

My first time on the lot was to look at the new 718 Cayman S which is a fantastic car! My salesman JJ was moving other cars around but dropped what he was doing to help out. The test drive was enjoyable and upon our return I discovered an F80 M3 on the lot. The 718 is fantastic, but I’m really an M guy at heart. I took my time as I was selling my current M car private party and though JJ kept in touch, I wasn’t pushed to either rush the transaction or toward one car or the other. In the end I feel I got a fair deal on what so far seems to be a fantastic car. Highly recommend Foreign Cars Italia and specifically ask for JJ when you go in! More
