Kris quickly learned what I was looking for, and didn't play the "how about this car on my lot that you don't want?" game. He tracked down multiple car options within a few hours, and I was able to email, call, or even text back and forth which let me keep the ball rolling while I was on kiddie duty. We negotiated the purchase of my trade-in by text, and then he personally drove the car 90 minutes out to my house, walked me through the vehicle features, and drove away in the trade-in. More

From the minute I walked in to when I was out the door, he delivered both a professional and friendly experience and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He spent countless hours that afternoon working with my indecisive self trying out various vehicles to make sure I found the right one for me and was extremely knowledgeable about every and all vehicles on the lot. It's extremely important to me to build a trusting relationships with the dealer so that I can return in the future and not feel like an unknown walking in each time, and I feel that both Kris and Foreign Cars Italia delivered on that. Since the purchase, I've had very MINOR issues (a loose screw rolling around and a little rattle) but the service department was able to fix that immediately and with little delay (especially since it was over the holidays). All in all, I couldn't recommend my buying experience from Kris any higher and I highly recommend all prospective car buyers to at least swing by and check out their showroom, the Ferraris are a sight to behold!
