It was one of the best car salesman experiences I have ever had (and I have bought a lot of cars). That said, there were some minor issues with the car purchase in general (not worth writing about), but the dealership resolved them to my satisfaction. More

The car we bought is in great condition and it's one of the few times that I've bought a car and not felt like I was taken advantage of during the process. We have no "buyers remorse." Christi was helpful, responsive, honest and fair. She listened to our needs and worked with us on a solution. All of the costs were explained upfront and there were no hidden surprises. This was really a refreshing experience after recent visits to other dealers in Charlotte NC and Greenville SC. The closing process with the Finance manager was easy and straight forward. There were no surprises or high pressure sales efforts to purchase add ons that we didn't need or want. Easy in and out. More
