Reade was very helpful and knowledgeable during the build process. I had a general idea of what I wanted and he helped me fine-tune it with trim and functionality. After he submitted the order, he would give me updates when it finished production, was coming into port, when it got to the dealership, etc. This is my third Porsche and by far the best delivery service I have ever had. They had my car covered up with a large cloth and after a couple pics, dramatically pulled it off to reveal my new car. VERY exciting!! Paperwork was smooth, no surprise fees, quick and efficient. Justin (Porsche delivery expert) spent as much time as I wanted teaching the basics on the car. As this was my third Macan, most was spent going over the new stuff on this particular model.
