He seemed to understand my needs and helped me select a beautiful 2011 MKX. I still enjoy it as much as the day that I purchased it. Mike introduced me to the service department and I have been working with Kris. Each time I call. for service I am treated with respect. When I have a question it is always answered. I am always treated with utmost courtesy. Mike and Kris make me feel at home. I drive approximately 35 miles for this type of service.
