Fortunately he offered us the extended warranty to purchase along with our vehicle. When you buy a used vehicle there is always a chance something major can happen. In our case that is exactly what happened. We had the vehicle just a month and had just passed the 30-day, 1,000 mile warranty when we had a major transmission problem. The service department was very accommodating and provided us a loaner vehicle through a rental company while the vehicle was repaired. A repair bill of $1,700 cost us only $100. Thank you, Josh, for taking the time with us while we kicked around whether or not we should buy the extended warranty. And thank you to the service department for your fine service. More

I absolutely loved that, because I'm prone to forgetting. I only waited an hour, because there were other customers ahead of me, plus I was comfortable waiting in the lounge area. Jay is always pleasant and friendly with me every time I come there, answering questions that I have about my car and giving me a rundown of the work that was done for that appointment. If I need to come in to fix an issue on my car, he's able to squeeze me in at a time that works for me. The prices for an oil change is also reasonable. Overall I give him 5/5 More
