Bad Start I had an unacceptable experience at the dealer. I had an appointment to view an automobile after I got off work. I showed up at the dealer and the car had a sold label on it. I thought when they did this they would hold the automobile for me to see. NOT the case, I wasted my time. I'm only one customer. NO I was a potential customer that will never return. The sales theory is people are more inclined to spread bad reviews than good. I'm spreading the bad review I had. Very straight forward and no pushyness I wasn't exactly sure what make of care I wanted. I went there to look at the MKX that I saw on Craigslist. We met Toby, he went over the car with u I wasn't exactly sure what make of care I wanted. I went there to look at the MKX that I saw on Craigslist. We met Toby, he went over the car with us, and then we took it for a test drive. I decided I did really like the car and they made it so easy to purchase it. I got a good price for my trade-in. Actually much better than I thought I would. Toby was wonderful to work with and wasn't one of those pushy salesmen. After the sale, Toby programmed the car remote and my phone so I didn't have to do it myself. He went over the car very thoroughly with us showing us what buttons worked what and how to use the new information center. They closed at 8 but Toby stayed well after 9 going over things with us. He didn't rush or try to push up out the door after we purchased it. He really took his time making sure we had no questions. I received an e-mail from him making sure I didn't have any questions or concerns at 11 at night. I would definitely go back there and purchase another car from them. More
