Service visit beyond my expectations During my recent service visit to Forrester for my 18 month service on my 2013 MKX - my salesman, Mike Manning - made my visit more than what I expect During my recent service visit to Forrester for my 18 month service on my 2013 MKX - my salesman, Mike Manning - made my visit more than what I expected. While waiting for the service to be completed Mike took the time to share some details about the new features available in the new MKX and Navigators (which he knows that I'm partial too) - taking the time to let me experience the feel of luxury that the Navigator has to offer was more than I could have expected during my routine service visit. The 2015 Navigator driving experience made me weak in the knees for sure - so thank you Mike for always making me SMILE. More

Great service experience!!!! I dealt with David Forrester in the service Deptartment. Not only did he go over with me what needed to be done, he also explained why I needed that I dealt with David Forrester in the service Deptartment.
