I made an appointment for an oil change and transmission fluid exchange on a Friday at 3:00. Someone called two days before the appointment and said they could do both services at 3:00 so we rescheduled for fluid exchange on a Friday at 3:00. Someone called two days before the appointment and said they could do both services at 3:00 so we rescheduled for a couple of weeks later at 11. When I got to the appointment at 11 they said I would have to make another appointment for the transmission. More
