I would definitely recommend that you ask for Marcus Smith as he is an amazing salesperson! My only criticism is the dealership could use some updating compared to so many other brands that we have visited on our search--smells of smoke from service/parts, poor lighting and bottled water would be better than cups. Definitely seems like a good group of employees that work well serving the customer. More

Ryan Hernandez I called this dealership on a late afternoon upset that my car which had just been serviced twice.for a noise problem and received my car back with a I called this dealership on a late afternoon upset that my car which had just been serviced twice.for a noise problem and received my car back with a hard to miss vibrating car. I explained I was going to Texas and was concerned my car would break on me. Ryan took time out of his almost going home time and said to bring it in the morning. I took my car to Fort Collins first thing in the morning and he had his technicians look my car over. Ryan then went through with me with what the technicians had requested needed to be done. Ryan knowing I had just had my car serviced asked me questions about it unfortunately I did not have the information he needed, Ryan called the Cheyenne dealership and got the information. I have to say Mr.Hernandez offered to get my car worked on and even offered that if I needed a car he would loan me a car while it was being Serviced. It was a breath of fresh air to go to a service dept and be welcomed by all the staff that I interacted with. I'm definitely will be bringing my car to Tynnans to get serviced and most likly buy my new car there. Thank you Ryan and your staff for a great experience. More

After purchasing it, we realized there had been a misunderstanding regarding the financing. It was a pretty big misunderstanding on my part. We returned the next morning and discussed it with them. They were very non-confrontational and understanding. They worked with us on the issue to help mitigate some of the concerns to the extent that we felt much better about the financing and were able minimize the pain to us personally by some give by the dealership. They were very understanding and helpful. I will definitely return to them to look for my next vehicle. More

I talked with Todd Hayman about the car and he assured me that I would not be disappointed with my drive from Frederick to Ft. Collins. Todd was helpful throughout and had the vehicle pulled up to the front and ready to go when I got there. Todd presented the Carfax report up front before my test drive. He also shared the dealer maintenance checklist. I felt like I was getting a great deal and Todd was easy to talk to and answered our questions without applying any pressure whatsoever. I got there at 6:30 and was out the door and driving down the road by 8:00. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had, hands down. I definitely recommend Todd and Tynan's for anyone looking for an upfront, no pressure car salesperson and car buying experience. More
