Recently bought a brand new 2023 Nissan Altima from Fort Collins Nissan. Almost from day one, the electronics have been flakey and unreliable. I was informed since the latest problem was the USB was flakey and would not reliably connect to Android auto, after having worked for 2 months, and after replacing multiple cables and even my phone, that I would have to stay with the car to allow my phone to be used for troubleshooting. They screwed up my appointment date and rescheduled. When I arrived from my 20 minute drive to get to the dealership, I was informed that I would have to leave my car for the day while the service rep laughed at me. They are unprofessional and rude. Please do not ever go to this dealership. Specifically for those who own Nissan vehicles and need service. They did not perform the services listed on the ticket and now my car does not perfo Specifically for those who own Nissan vehicles and need service. They did not perform the services listed on the ticket and now my car does not perform as it used to. 2017 Altima used to be an enjoyable and reliable car. I took it in for the "60K" service and now the transmission is more than questionable. Revs way too high and has no acceleration. Did not offer a loaner to diagnose after spending $600 on the scheduled service. Not a reputable dealer in my opinion. Now I will be taking it to another dealer, if it will even make the trip, to have a diagnostic test done. This does not factor in the need of the car for family needs. Can I give it a negative 5? More
