Worst experience with a dealer I've ever had. I had a simple lease buyout, no financing, and they screwed up all the paperwork. They didn't have all of it signed on my visit and took a month to figure a simple lease buyout, no financing, and they screwed up all the paperwork. When my temporary tags were going to expire Otto initially stated he would file for a 30 extension, then denied he ever said that with only 4 days to go and put it all on me. Every time I called it took Otto 3 or 4 voicemails from me to call back. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNKNOWLEDGEABLE. I will never go back there and I would never recommend it to another person. Note that with this dealership, the price they list is the price you pay.... no haggling, no mind games, and no unending "chess matches" with the sales manager. the price we paid was significantly below a number of other dealers with comparable models. Our salesman Jake Howard was honest, friendly, and knew the product line well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a Nissan vehicle. After taking care of the purchase with Jake, we spent an equally pleasant time with Otto Palmer discussing financing options and got a great rate. In every way, this visit to your showroom was the best that I have experienced. When I say I have purchased five Nissans, and all of them from Tynans, I don't say it lightly and I mean it sincerely. Jake was hobbling around on crutches, but didn't let that slow him down and Otto's financial deals were nothing short of amazing. They both made this experience pleasurable. When my Pathfinder need to be traded in, I will be in again and I hope that I receive the same treatment. You can see that I already only purchase Nissans, but this just adds assurance that I will purchase my next one at Tynans Ft. Collins again.
