I recently traded my 2021 GV 80 (which was arguably one of the best vehicles I have ever owned) for a new 2026 GV 70. Service Hill by Nick and the service manager, Pete, was professional and exceptional . Dealership is in a state of confusion. Asked if they has Genesis Techs so on and so on. Arrived 25 minutes early after trying to locate the service ares, no signs and ended up at the sales trailer. I assumed a service writer came out but said he does service and sales. Asked my name and looked confused. Asked for my appointment time and I said it was 20 minutes from now and I was early. He couldnt find any appointment. We went inside and hew was typing anf typing and said he could not find the car, then said it was registered to maybe the original owner. I stated I had the warranty on the 4 month old car transferred by Genesis and was on the Genesis app. I remnoved the card from the so called Dealership and stated a trust issue for many reasons. His knowledge of the GV80 was incredibly impressive — he knew the vehicle inside and out, including its specifications, technology, features, and how all of the different systems operated. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and confidently, and it was obvious that Chris truly knows the product he represents. What impressed me even more was his follow-up after the sale. Chris has already reached out to me twice just to make sure I am loving my GV80 and to let me know that if I ever need assistance with any of the vehicle's features, I should not hesitate to contact him. That level of service after the purchase really stood out to me. I also want to recognize Pete and the finance department. Shortly after driving home, I discovered that I had picked up a large screw in one of my tires. Because I had literally just purchased the vehicle, the warranty paperwork I had purchased was not yet fully processed. Pete immediately reassured me that he would take care of it and make sure the warranty covered the repair. He stayed on top of the situation well after normal business hours and personally called me around 8:00 PM to let me know everything had been handled. The finance department even followed up with me again afterward to make sure the repair had been properly taken care of. That is exceptional customer service. From Chris's product knowledge and continued follow-up to Pete and the finance team's willingness to go above and beyond after the sale, I genuinely felt valued as a customer. Buying a luxury vehicle should come with a luxury-level experience, and Genesis of Fort Myers delivered exactly that. I absolutely love my GV80 and would confidently recommend this dealership — especially Chris and Pete — to anyone considering a Genesis. More
