They perform required services satisfactorily. I am disappointed with their desire to help solve problems without replacing parts. I needed a screw to retain a front panel & they couldn’t provide one. Instead, they quoted a replacement panel for $1,200.00. Could Not Provide! I went across the street to the KIA dealer & they put a plastic plug in at no charge. I am entitled to a car wash & when I get one the windshield is always smeared like they wiped off the car & then the windows. More
I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with Fort Myers Infiniti service department especially when I was going in knowing that what service I needed could have and should have been fix especially when I h Infiniti service department especially when I was going in knowing that what service I needed could have and should have been fix especially when I had confirmation from two technician that work for Nissan and Infiniti company saying they could fix a DCU unit. But, of course it definitely felt like the waiting game when I took my car for the service that day on 02.JAN.25. I didn't like what was actually said by the representative when his choices of words were "attempt to try" of course that's an 50/50 chance of it getting resolved. But of course I as a consumer and pretty much saw it coming which was buying a new DCU unit from them would come at a high price. But overall I am giving my facts and opinion about my visit to Fort Myers Infiniti. Have a wonderful day! More
