False Advertising False advertising on internet. Had 2020 Corvette advertised online with an almost $10,000 discount. I completed all of the paperwork and I thought t False advertising on internet. Had 2020 Corvette advertised online with an almost $10,000 discount. I completed all of the paperwork and I thought the dealership was going to contact me at 9:00 a.m. his morning. The told me they were extremely busy because of all of the interest in the Corvette. They said it was an order for a customer and that price was a mistake. Today the car is again listed with an $5,000 above the MSRP. Dealers like this shouldn’t be in business. More

She took care of everything that needed to be handled and used the utmost professionalism to ensure that my car troubles were were in the past. It's the best graduation gift that I could ask for. Shane, Will and Joe were all very courteous and professional. The service received from these gentlemen would be my reason for referring the dealership. (I am unaware of his name) He was showing the vehicle that we ended up purchasing, to a couple when we arrived to the dealership. We made an appointment to see a specific truck.. The manager never acknowledged my husband nor I, although he was made aware that the vehicle of interest, was the same vehicle being inspected by the couple who walked-in. The couple were very much in the middle of a thorough inspection of the vehicle, during the time of our appointment. Additionally we had to wait while the customers test drove the vehicle. A simple acknowledgement from the Manager of the dealership for the time that we waited past our appointment would have been appreciated. One would think some form of an acknowledgement would be considered a professional courtesy. I have no doubt that the manager would expect no less from his employees. We purchased the vehicle that night, while the couple whom the manager was intently catering to, was merely SHOPPING. The take away...all consumers should be treated with the same level of courtesy and professionalism. Fortunately for Winegardner Chevrolet, the service provided by Shane and others, saved the deal. Lastly, the car cleaning/detailing service leaves much to be desired. Again Shane went over and above to improve this shortfall. More

I found my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado LT online and I could tell it was exactly what I wanted. I previously had an awful experience with a dealer in my hometown, and was very leery about dealing with a nother dealership, but Lola and the rest of the Winegardner team allowed me to rest assured that I was in good hands. From the moment I got there, til the second I drove my Colorado off the lot, Lola was an amazing help and extremely kind! I enjoyed my car buying experience and would highly recommend Jack Winegardner Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a vehicle but don’t want to deal with overpriced salesmen, only worried about profit.
