I bought my new 2027 Chevy Bolt from Sport Chevrolet. I had visited 2 other Chevy dealerships very close to me to filling out paperwork and getting quotes. I am so glad I decided to also visit Sport Chevrolet, much farther away, before signing a deal. I worked with JR (Jairo Ramirez). He was far and away more knowledgeable about the car, and about Chevy's in general and about the process. It was delightful and educational as well to work with him. He also gave me a quote that beat the other offers I'd been given, by more than I expected. What is more, the day after I drove my new Chevy Bolt home, he contacted me to ask how I was doing with it and to offer to meet with me to review how it works and answer any question I had. So I drove the distance down there and it was enormously helpful to be the passenger as he demonstrated the use of the car and the interface with it and addressed all the questions I had. If you are considering buying a Chevrolet, be sure to visit at Sport Chevrolet before you make a final decision. (and ask for JR if you can!)

I had a disappointing experience working with the sales manager, Colin. I was comparing two identical vehicles—same year, same trim—with about a 15,000 mile difference and only about a $4,000 price gap. When I questioned that, the pricing was justified using a per-mile calculation, which doesn’t reflect how these vehicles are actually valued in the market. Mileage is a factor, but it’s not a straight-line formula like that. What stood out even more was the inconsistency in communication. I was initially told there was no flexibility or discounts available, but later told a small discount was the “final” offer. That contradiction made the process feel unclear and not very transparent. I’m glad I clarified all of this over the phone before making the trip, because based on that interaction, it didn’t seem like there was a genuine willingness to work toward a deal.
