First and Last I had my vehicle towed to this location for service. I explained to the Service Provider that there was a mechanical noise and that none of the gauge I had my vehicle towed to this location for service. I explained to the Service Provider that there was a mechanical noise and that none of the gauges were working. It was apparent that the vehicle needed a battery since it was towed in for service. I was notified in 3 days that my vehicle was ready for pickup with a bill of $800+. After I paid for my vehicle, I immediately noticed that gauges still were not working -- the purpose for my visit as also reflected on my receipt! The technician who drove my vehicle to the front was oblivious which was indication to me of the lack of competence of the mechanic staff. I approached the Service Provider who further showed insult to me by stating the gauges were working the day before. Absurd and Ridiculous to take $800+ for a repair and not fix the problem!! The lack of professionalism and obvious inability to service my vehicle in a manner to that which is comparable to the amount of money I paid and service I requested. More
