I know it is my fault. It did not leave me with feeling good about my experience. Overall my experience was about average for what one would expect from a car dealer. Charles Romulus was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. I would seek Charles out again, for another vehicle. However, I guess I would be more aware of details at signing. More
