I took my truck in because the radio randomly goes quiet until you change stations and they did not fix the problem. They told me it was possibly the amplifier. I said well why when you change the channel d until you change stations and they did not fix the problem. They told me it was possibly the amplifier. I said well why when you change the channel does ot work again. They said they would have to start there and we're going to order the amplifier, never heard back. More

I took it in for a recall. Everything was working fine when i took it in, the day after i got it back my engine light came on. I took it to my main mechanic now somethings wron Everything was working fine when i took it in, the day after i got it back my engine light came on. I took it to my main mechanic now somethings wrong with my Cadillac converter. I got it back worse then i took it in. BIG MISTAKE TAKING IT TO THEM! NEVER AGAIN! More

Foundation Cadillac is a well run, beautifully maintained Luxury car dealership. My service has been stellar with Foundation. Previously I was co-owner of Westminster and Loveland Mercedes Benz Dealership Luxury car dealership. My service has been stellar with Foundation. Previously I was co-owner of Westminster and Loveland Mercedes Benz Dealerships & drove only Mercedes Benz for 20 years. I am very satisfied with my Cadillac and have leased 2 Cadillacs in the past 8 years for my daughter. Myself and my daughter could drive our former brand if we wanted to but we choose Cadillac. More

I took my truck in for some work that was recall related and before I knew it I was over $600.00 deep in unnecessary charges and repairs. The service manager, Mike, called me.
