Unbelievably bad dealership. Salesman was awesome, service advisor did the best he could. Service manager thinks spending $70,000 on a truck doesn’t mean anything. No rental car, no loaner 2024 Chevy Duramax broke down multiple times. Service reflashed computer that was about it. Still just eating fuel and def. Finally had to get gm involved. Will not do business with foundation, will not recommend anyone to foundation. unfortunately for the salesman he could do a lot better at another dealership. Same Medved attitude that everyone in Denver hates. More

Doug is great. ..always remembers me from when I bought my Cadillac there. Wish Foundation was closer to me to maintain service. Rickenbaugh is 4 miles from me.... ..always remembers me from when I bought my Cadillac there. Wish Foundation was closer to me to maintain service. Rickenbaugh is 4 miles from me....they offer snacks/tv/beverages. Only comment is that my tire pressure air was not checked....I had the inspection service, and had to go to my car wash place to get air.....service dept. needs to check EVERYTHING. Other Cadillac dealerships offer snacks & beverages while waiting....Foundation is lacking in that department. I would buy a new Cadillac, but there is not a Premium Luxury offerred.....my caddy has great high end appointments inside the vehicle. More
